Company History

It all begins back at 1978, when Ilias Trianafyllidis along with his brother Ioannis Trintafyllidis, started developing their first multi-storey residential building in Volos.

A few years later, after successfully completing many similar projects and with the second generation coming into play, the two sons of Ilias Triantafyllidis (George and Stelios) founded in 2005, a real estate development company named "Entasis" and continued developing many buildings, both residential and commercial in the city of Volos, solidifying the family as a major name in the city's real estate development scene.

In 2023, a new real estate development company is founded from one of the brothers (George Triantafyllidis) and his wife (Vaia Goula). That is when "Triantafyllidis constructions" was born. Both George Triantafyllidis (Civil engineer, BSc., MSc. / Director of the company) and Vaia Goula (Civil engineer, BSc., MSc. / Office supervisor), gained invaluable knowledge and experience in England (U.K.) where they actively took part in major residential and commercial real estate development projects for five years. They now continue the family's legacy focusing only at high quality, multi-storey, residential projects in the city of Volos.
