21/5/25 - Planning permission granted for our new residential project at Chironos 61-63 in Volos - Commencing works on 22/5/25 (two 5-storey residential buildings with ground floor parking).

5/12/24 - We are now embarking on the design of a new 2-buildings multi-storey residential project (at Chironos 61-63 in Volos) and starting off-plan property viewings and uncommitted reservations for apartments spanning from 1 up to 4 bedrooms with allocated parking spaces (whilst waiting for full planning approval).

11/11/24 - Οur company has been awarded the gold medal for 2024 for the region of central Greece in a major competition (Eagles of Construction) that measures customer satisfaction in the construction industry.

6/2/24 - Planning permission granted for our new residential project at Iolkou 173 in Volos - Commencing works on 9/2/24 (5-storey residential building with ground floor parking and storage facilities).

14/12/23 - Approval of the architectural design from the local Architectural Council Comitee and starting off-plan property viewings and uncommitted reservations (whilst waiting for full planning approval) on our new residential project at Iolkou 173 in Volos (5-storey residential building with ground floor parking and storage facilities).

14/08/23 - We are now embarking on the design of a new multi-storey residential project (at Iolkou 173 in Volos).

28/07/23 - Purchase/acquisition of 3 adjacent plots of development land at Iolkou 173, in Volos.
